Institutional & Academic Policies
Academic guidelines, assessment regulations, grading criteria, and student support policies at MBTAC.
1. Academic Standards & Grading Framework
All academic programs adhere to rigorous criteria designed to foster biblical competency and practical ministry leadership. Courses are evaluated through coursework assignments, practical ministry projects, hermeneutical research papers, and scheduled examinations.
2. Attendance & Class Participation
Consistent participation in lectures, study cohorts, and designated practical modules is required. A minimum of 80% attendance is required in each registered module to qualify for final assessment evaluation.
3. Assessment Submissions & Late Work
Assignments must be submitted via the Student Portal by the published deadline. Submissions received after the due date without prior approved extension will be subject to standardized grade deductions as stipulated in the Student Handbook.
4. Appeals & Grievance Procedures
Students have the right to appeal assessment grades or register academic grievances through the Academic Dean's office within 14 working days of the grade publication date.
5. Student Support & Mentorship
MBTAC provides academic advisory services, pastoral counseling, and research assistance to ensure every student is supported throughout their theological journey.
